Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Camino account and what data is removed.

In the app

The fastest way is directly in the Camino app:

1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab
2. Open Settings
3. Tap Delete account
4. Type the confirmation word and confirm

The deletion is immediate and irreversible.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, send a request from the email address linked to your account to quentin.cacciatore@iofacto.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated data, including:

• Your account (email, username, display name)
• Your step history, daily logs and streaks
• Your badges and experience points (XP)
• Your leaderboard entry and your contributions to the community World Tour
• Any feedback you sent through the app

No personal data is retained after deletion.
