Camino is a walking app that turns your real steps into progress on a community map (a collective trip around the world), with badges and a leaderboard.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must meet the minimum legal age to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not falsify your step data or use automated means to inflate your statistics. Staying true to reality is at the core of Camino.
• Do not disrupt the service, its security, or other users.
• Comply with applicable laws.

4. Health disclaimer

Camino is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Listen to your body and consult a healthcare professional before significantly increasing your physical activity.

5. Intellectual property

The app, the site, the brand and their content are protected. No license is granted beyond normal use of the service.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of continuous availability or of being error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Camino and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
